5. Shipping and Delivery

We process and ship orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided but may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as shipping carrier issues or weather disruptions. SuStore is not liable for delayed deliveries once the package is in the carrier's possession.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer returns on eligible products within seven days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
